All of our products are made to order. Please review the information below regarding production and delivery timelines.
Processing Time
Each puzzle is custom printed after your order is placed.
• Standard production time: 1–3 business days
• Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays
Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, orders typically arrive within:
• 2–6 business days (United States)
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Peak holiday volume
• Customs processing (Canada)
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
• United States
• Canada
We do not ship internationally outside these regions at this time.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Artistic Puzzles is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
• Delivery delays caused by weather or force majeure events
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
