Refund & Returns Policy

Artistic Puzzles operates on a made-to-order production model. Each puzzle is custom printed specifically for the customer once an order is placed.
Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.
1. 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window beginning from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
• The puzzle must be unused
• The puzzle must be in new condition
• The puzzle must be returned in original packaging
If the item meets these conditions, you may request either:
• a refund, or
• an exchange
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Returns must be approved by Artistic Puzzles before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided once the return request is approved.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm it meets return eligibility requirements.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
• damaged during shipping
• defective due to a manufacturing issue
• incorrect due to a fulfillment error
We will provide either a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
To submit a claim:

Claims submitted without photo evidence may not be approved.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled before production begins.
Because our production process begins quickly after purchase, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to:
Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Artistic Puzzles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• carrier delays
• weather conditions
• customs processing
• delivery service disruptions
If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. We will assist when possible.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees if the package must be reshipped.
6. Fraud Prevention
Artistic Puzzles reserves the right to deny refund or replacement claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with standard consumer behavior.
We maintain production timestamps, shipment tracking, and fulfillment records for all orders.
7. Limitation of Liability
Artistic Puzzles’ liability is limited to replacement or refund of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States.
